What to do with near-expiry bread?
Ayam Percik Ria (Inspired from my Langkawi Trip)(This is by request of Kak Jun & Mak Yong Rin)My ma was asking me, what to cook for Eid? Both of us agreed that we kind of sick with Ayam Masak Merah/Rendang. Then I recalled the Ayam Percik dish I had in Langkawi (http://lizanoor.multiply.com/photos/album/204/Hello_Langkawi_Day_2_09072008_-_Part_2#13). Thus both "litebulbs" of ma & daughter turn ON to attempt this. The known ingredients known are all here, except the quantity is in agak-ration. Anyway, its TRIED & TESTED as our iftar dish yesterday. Sukses!!!!!
